About the EMDR G-TEP Group
This 8-week virtual therapy group uses the EMDR Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP), an evidence-based method designed to help adults safely process distressing experiences, reduce emotional overwhelm, and strengthen internal coping resources.
The group provides a structured, supportive environment that allows participants to move toward healing at a steady and manageable pace.

About the Facilitators
Our groups are led by licensed mental health professionals who are trained in EMDR and experienced in supporting trauma recovery for adults.
Facilitators bring expertise in trauma-informed care, EMDR resourcing, emotional regulation strategies, and group process. One of our lead facilitators is also credentialed in substance use treatment (LCADC), bringing additional depth to understanding trauma, coping patterns, and mind-body healing.
All facilitators create a supportive environment where adults can learn, connect, and heal in a structured and clinically grounded setting.
